For best results, avoid foods with ‘cooling’ properties (makanan sejuk). Make it a habit to wear socks when you go to sleep in order to avoid ‘air / wind’ (angin) from getting into our body.
The practice of consuming jamu:
Bismillah & Selawat (greetings) to the Prophet. Pray for your happiness as husband and wife. Clean the vaginal area, with your index finger, insert the jamu rapat while inhaling, as you sit squatting.
ANNOUNCEMENT: These jamu are only meant as supplements, and not intended for treatment of any medical conditions.
